Any order placed at www.fliesonline.co.nz (‘Flies Online’) constitute your agreement to be bound by these terms. Additional or different terms must be specified to Flies Online in writing and are subject to agreement by Flies Online in writing.
GUARANTEES AND RETURN OF GOODS
Flies Online guarantees its products are of the highest quality.
If the Customer is not happy with the quality of a product Flies Online will accept the return of goods for credit or a full refund of the product price if the product is returned in an unused condition within 20 working days of delivery. Return freight will be at Flies Online's cost only when there has been an error on Flies Online's part.
Refunds may take 10 working days.
No returned goods will be accepted by Flies Online (even if Flies Online agree to do so) if they have been tampered with by you or any other person and are not ‘as new’.
PRICE AND PRICE VARIATION
Prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the price of goods is the price at the time the order is made. Prices do not include any delivery costs.
Flies Online may change prices without notice.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made online through the www.fliesonline.co.nz website unless an alternative option is arranged and agreed to by Flies Online.
Flies Online reserves the right to suspend delivery of goods if the terms of payment are not strictly adhered to by the Customer.
DELIVERY
Flies Online shall deliver the goods to the address stated on the order or as agreed by Flies Online in writing.
Flies Online uses ‘Courier Post Track-Pack’s’, a tracked and traced express service. For international delivery Flies Online uses New Zealand Post international air freight.
Flies Online is not responsible for part delivery or delay in delivery or similar of the products outside Flies Online's control. Flies Online shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such occurrences.
If an order has not been received the Customer must notify Flies Online within 10 working days of receipt of the ‘your order has been posted’ email. A new order will be sent on notification by the Customer to Flies Online at no extra cost.
A Customer may cancel an order at any time prior to the sending of the ‘your order has been posted’ email. Refunds may take 10 working days.
PRIVACY ACT 1993
Information provided to Flies Online by the Customer will not be passed on, sold or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
The Customer can access information about the Customer held by Flies Online. The Customer may request for Flies Online to change their information.

VARIATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE
Flies Online may from time to time and in its sole discretion change, add to or delete any of the terms of these terms and conditions of trade with immediate effect.
By using the Website after this revised Agreement has been posted, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Agreement.
